Dr. Erik Natkin, DO
Founder, Medical Physician, and R2 Medical Provider
Although not a true Colorado native, I have had the privilege of living off and on in the Denver area since 1987. I was born in California and moved to Germany with my family at the age of 11 when my father, a Psychiatrist, re-enlisted with our Armed Forces. After completing 6th grade through first year of college in Germany, I moved to Boulder, Colorado to attend the University of Colorado.
Throughout my career, I have gained experience in various fields, including environmental chemistry, owning and operating a small construction contracting company, and working in computer information technology. Eventually, I returned to my early pursuit of medicine and moved to Los Angeles, California for medical school. After working as a general surgery internship before heading to Oregon for orthopedic surgery training. Upon leaving Oregon, I focused my medical career on treating patients' pain management needs, which has led me into the world of Health and Wellness and Regenerative Medicine. My diverse background in life and medical education have suited my patients with a pleasurable and satisfying healthcare experience.
When I'm not working or attending to my patients' needs, I am an avid cyclist and enjoy cycling, snowboarding, scuba diving, music, movies, theater, art, travel, and a good book.
Allison Wright, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner and R2 Medical Provider
Originally from Gainesville, Georgia, I moved to Colorado in 2021 after spending about 10 years working as a nurse caring for both adults and children. That experience helped shape me into a compassionate and attentive healthcare provider. Over time, my personal interests led me to focus on a more comprehensive, functional approach to health and wellness. I love helping patients feel their best from the inside out.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of North Georgia and my Master's in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
I'm a huge sports fan and a die-hard Georgia Bulldogs supporter. My love of skiing, the outdoors, and living a healthy lifestyle was a big reason for my move to Colorado in 2021. In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, playing pickleball, attending concerts, and exploring all things Denver with friends.
I'm passionate about continually growing in my nurse practitioner practice and staying up to date with the ever-evolving field of healthcare and wellness.
Crystal Rodriguez

As a medical assistant with some 12 years experience with a background in pediatrics, family medicine, pain management, and hormone replacement, I have been a thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the R2 Medical Clinic since 2019.
Like many healthcare professionals, I was drawn to the industry due to my intense desire to help people take advantage of long, healthy, fulfilling lives. In 2014, I started my career in healthcare and have continued to grow as I greet each new opportunity with enthusiasm.
I am a Colorado native as well as a family-oriented person who strives to spend quality time with my daughter during her leisure.

I am a proud Colorado Native and proud mother to a fun-loving 3-year-old and a devoted bonus mom to a wonderful 14-year-old. Our home is full of life with our cat and dog keeping things entertaining.
I've been a medical assistant for 12 years and absolutely love what I do, caring for others is my passion.
Outside of work, I stay grounded through Pilates and cheer loud for my favorite team, the Los Angeles Chargers!

I am a mother of two, who believes in the power of continuous learning and professional growth. I hold both an Associate's degree in Business as well as an LMT certification from Arapahoe Community College. Since June 2023, I have proudly contributed to the healthcare field as a medical assistant for Dr. Natkin, where I apply my diverse academic background to support patient care.
Originally born in Colorado, I later moved to Phoenix, Arizona, and ultimately to Denver, Colorado to finish my education. I love the outdoors and adventure and cherish spending quality time with my sisters, exploring nature, and forging new memories. With an unwavering commitment to expanding my knowledge in health care, I am excited to embrace new opportunities and challenges throughout the life that lies ahead.
