5. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled through our website contact form or by calling (720) 640-2333. We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in cancellation fees or limitations on future scheduling.

6. Payment & Insurance

R2 Medical Clinic is a cash-pay clinic. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit and debit cards. While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide documentation (superbills) for patients who wish to submit claims to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is subject to your insurance plan's terms.
