Founded in 2019, R2 Medical Clinic is a physician-led practice providing individualized hormone health, medical weight management, sexual health, peptide therapy, and wellness care across the Denver metropolitan area.
Our Story
R2 Medical Clinic was founded by Erik Natkin, DO, in September 2019 with a simple idea: medical care should be individualized to the person rather than built around a one-size-fits-all protocol.
What began as a single practice has grown to three Colorado locations in Denver, Arvada-Wheat Ridge, and Castle Rock. While the clinic has grown, the philosophy behind it has remained the same—take the time to listen, evaluate the whole clinical picture, educate patients about their options, and develop treatment plans based on the individual.
Today, R2 Medical Clinic focuses on men's hormone health and women's hormone health, medical weight management, men's sexual health and women's sexual health, peptide therapy, and other areas of wellness medicine. Our approach combines medical evaluation, laboratory testing when appropriate, ongoing monitoring, and individualized treatment strategies designed around each patient's symptoms, health history, and goals.
